By accessing colonyflow.games (the “Site”) or playing the browser game hosted on it, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. The service

The Site provides a free browser puzzle game and free walkthrough content — written solutions, wiki pages, blog articles and embedded videos — for Colony Flow. The service is provided free of charge and may change or be discontinued at any time.

2. Fan content & trademarks

colonyflow.games is an independent fan project. Colony Flow! and related marks are the property of their respective owners (ABI Games). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them. Embedded videos remain the property of their creators and are shown via YouTube's standard embed feature; rights holders can request a credit or removal via the contact page.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload or exploit the Site or its hosting.
• Don't scrape the Site at abusive rates or republish its content wholesale as your own.
• Don't use the Site for anything unlawful.

4. Our content

The written walkthroughs, level data presentations, board previews and articles on this Site were produced by us. You're welcome to quote them with a link back to the source page; wholesale copying is not permitted.

5. Game saves

Browser-game progress is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. We cannot recover saves lost by clearing site data, switching browsers or using private windows.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and game are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Solutions are verified against our level data at publication time but may become outdated as content changes. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including lost game progress.

8. Third-party links & services

Links to the App Store, Google Play, YouTube and other third-party services are provided for convenience. Their terms and policies govern your use of those services.
